OK, fair enough. You could always put it out as a rough draft and have others comment on possible improvements, helps with tunnel vision sometimes
I was able to find a product that specifically designs projection screens but nothing on actually building them. I really like your approach here, seems much simpler than others I have seen and looks amazing.

Nice job Bruce. I have a question as I am about to build my screen. I have a home made cockpit for FSX. I hope to have 180 degrees of coverage. I'm looking to run two projectors off my high end Nvidia graphic card. I want the highest resolution possible. Do you think two 1080p short throw projectors will work? Remember, I have no idea what I'm doing but people like you help tremendously.
