Here is the bug list I have so far for tonight's meeting. The following applications are having compatibility issues with 3.4 and 3.5:

P3D 2.2, F4 BMS, TESO, DCS , Assetto Corsa, Project Cars, Windows Media Center, web browsers and Win 8.1 desktop.

Just finished up the meeting. We'll be targeting fixes in the version 4.0 release. P3D is one of our core applications, so it's important that Nthusim work with it. More information to come soon on version 4.0.

A bit of further disclosure on the status of Nthusim development. This has been under wraps for a few weeks but tragically, Nthusim's main software engineer died in a hospital 2 weeks ago. Immersaview has two new hires we're getting up to speed with the Nthusim code base now. It means both good and bad things. First the bad -- it's going to take some lead time for the new programmers to get up to speed on the code. I'm thinking a 1 or 2 month learning curve because it's so specialized. Now for the good -- This means new eyes on the code that will be breathing new life and ideas into it. It also means that version 4.0 will be a major update. In the strategy meeting last night Andy and Alex wanted me to start working on a new user interface design for 4.0. If you have any features or interface suggestions, now is definitely the time to get them in. Thanks for your patience on this. It's a bit of a stressful time with the changes but I see good things coming soon with 4.0.

hye

i am sorry, but the upgrade of your software is realty to low.

we don t want a new interface : simply work with p3d 2.2 and more. Only.

your competitor fly elise is very present and these updates are multiple since few month

i'm waiting to september an hope from nthusim a new update.

After, i will go on elise, not for choice, only flying with 180deg on p3D.

When I know more, I'll update the community. P3D is an app our core audience uses, so it's a requirement that it work. As I'm not a software engineer I can't give you a definitive timeline on when the issue will be solved though. Staff in the Australian office would have to answer that. All I can do is let you know that they are aware of the complaint and I've requested a status update.

Just got word back from management. They're doing testing against it tomorrow to do further debugging of what is at issue. One of the things complicating P3D at the moment is tessellation and Nvidia driver is borked. It means we need to test against an older Nvidia driver.

Both the Australian office and I are in the process of doing internal testing of the issue. If you could give any further detail with your problems with the issue please post it to this thread. Things like Windows version, Prepar3d version, video card driver version all would be helpful in feedback data. Pictures and Nthusim logfile would also be helpful.

I'm taking time today to install P3D 2.3 and do some further testing. I'll post my findings later.

To follow up on this, I now have P3D 2.3 installed. I just reproduced the CTD with changing settings in graphics options.while Nthusim Plus 3.5 was running.

Bugs I can reproduce so far:
1) P3D 2.3 menu items do not properly draw with pre-warping enabled. Note: This can be fixed by enabling DWM pre-warping in the Nthusim 3.5 Tools menu.
2) P3D 2.3 CTD when settings are changed in preference options menu.

One thing of note, I was unable to reproduce CTD on load of new scenario. I loaded up a few without issue. Later tonight I'll attempt this with version 3.3 and 3.4 to see if there is any different behavior with those versions.

Hello......

It's not only effect P3D V2.2, also effect P3D V2.3......
I have update from 2.1 to 2.3, and without Nthusim, I can load saved flight, I can reset a flight(ctrl+:), but with nthusim running, loading flight and reset flight will cause P3D quit to desktop.
And I'm not using Matrox Triphead 2 go, just with AMD R9 290X and 3 projectors.
I'm still running nthsim 3.4.185...... with win7Pro 64, AMD driver 14.4
