Changes:
- Windows 10 Creators update compatibility fixes. New shared memory code.
- Fixed OpenGL edge blending gamma not updating the blend map.
- Changed the shared memory API version definition. Now it only changes if the shared memory layout changes.
- Fixed a crash when using OpenGL quad buffer stereo and forced fullscreen windows.
- Fixed a crash when using DirectX 11 with FLIP_SEQUENTIAL swap effect and forced fullscreen windows on Windows 7.
- Fixed a crash that occured when application software erroneously releases a swapchain after its reference count has reached zero.
- Added fullscreen window list to more effectively communicate with Windows 10 which fullscreen windows should be warped.
- Fixed edge blend overlays in portrait mode.
Known Issues:
AMD CrossFire incompatibility. AMD Radeon video card users, CrossFire needs to be turned off when used with 4.1.296.
