Center alignment unprecise after a while

Hi,
I use dual setup with Benq W1080ST.

When I align Nthusim it looks perfect.
After a while the picture of booth projectors mismatch in the overlapping area. (Gets worse with each projector on-off)

Is it thermal deformation inside the lenses or a software problem? (3.5)
You now the problem from other projectors?

I had the same problem with my regular set up because I was indeed pushing the physical button every time. This was on a flat screen set up, so I found a remote and now I don't have the problem.

Assuming you have the remotes and there is nothing that could be nudging the set up though...?
So if you run your set up and then reboot after 5 minutes with out running apps the alignment is always off set at the next boot/login?

the to projectors are mounted on one aluminium plate.
deformation must be inside the projector housing

Might be the issue or whatever the plate is mounted to. The alignment thing is a minor annoyance but happens. One of the main considerations on my builds now is to design the mounting very rigid. I currently have a BenQ W1070 I'm struggling with on mounting design. It's affixed to a 3/4" piece of ply attached to a window frame. When someone shuts the front door in the building the back wall rattles a bit effecting the mount. I thought 3/4" ply would be rigid but not even the wall is exempt from being effected apparently. I chalk it up to one of the nitpicks I have with wall sized visuals.
