What happened?

Have questions about purchase or activation of NTHUSIM?

What happened, I changed my desk top theme and presto warp is gone!!

I look at my diagnostics and says............ license: need customer name.

What the hell?

To expand on that........

Am still making adjustments, my projectors are not exactly the same in default as far as color hue, contrast etc and am trying tweak the blending a bit. Because I can't adjust blend separately. Left and center projector needs to be lighter than center and right so am trying to adjust color, brightness and contrast to fix. Changing the desktop back ground colors etc helps me do this. Can I not play with these settings without loosing my Nthusim software?

Was in contact with benq trying to make adjustments, loosing Nthusim in the process did not help me :roll: I need nthusim back so I can start again.

Just checked your account and it's not showing that you used the activation you requested in t he earlier email yet. So you should be all set for re-activation with an available license. Activation status is shown in the Account area of the website.

That's a new one on me. Never had that happen before. Changing the desktop picture shouldn't affect anything with Nthusim. The only thing that really triggers license change is a major change like different hard drive, new operating system or network connection method change. Something that notably changes the hardware fingerprint of the computer. Doing something like changing the desktop background shouldn't effect anything with Nthusim. Although if you are in Windows 10, that might explain any issues. Currently no version of Nthusim is certified for Windows 10. We're targeting Nthusim 4.1 for late April to address that. 4.1 is slated to implement WDDM 2.0, reviewing viability of DirectX 12 warp and a few title specific bug patches.

Which version of Windows is being used?

ok I feel stupid again, I guess I can't remember. my account says status "Nthusim Plus Available". So how do I activate it :oops:

It uses the same information as the website login information. You launch the Nthusim utility and enter your username and password.
