Login problem

Have questions about purchase or activation of NTHUSIM?

Hi there
I have an account username jberinge. I tried to log on using the pasword I had and it wouldnt work. I them tried a password reset and it said the combination was incorrect. Any so I created this account to post to you. Could you please reset my account

Unfortunately the new password (and combinations of) you sent for account jberinge does not work either? Any further ideas?

Try using the password I sent minus the "". Odd that it's not working. Is using the current account ok? I'd added a license to it.

Thanks. Still no luck. Could you try your end using 'jberinge' and the password.
I should already have a licence under jberinge account.

Yep, the login worked. I could login to the accounts page. I copied and paste the password right out of the email I sent you into the login page and it worked just fine. You might have to clear your web cache in order for it to log you out of the temporary account and allow you to login to the old one.
